Say what's happening. See what applies.
Why government payment pages are hard to navigate, and what changes when you can describe your situation in your own words and language, and get an answer where every line links to the official page and its date.
Vertical cut, for phones
The same two minutes, reframed for a phone held upright: side-by-side scenes stack top and bottom, and captions are sized for a small screen. Same soundtrack, same credits.

Opening
Every day, Australians describe their lives like this.
Why
The answers are all there, across hundreds of official pages. But each payment has its own rules, and people must work out which ones fit their life. Many end up on hold.
On screen: 11M+ calls to Centrelink and Medicare went unanswered in the year to April 2024 · Centrelink Aged Care line: average wait 12 → 24 minutes (ABC News, 24 July 2024)
Side by side
Today, you find your way in by topic and by payment, and the site already offers translation and an assistant. We asked a different question. What if you could simply say what's happening?
How it works
Type it, or say it, in your own words. It shows how it understood you, searches the official pages, and writes an answer where every line links to its source, with that page's own date. And it tells you what it can't answer.
Any language
In the language you think in. Payment names stay in English, so you can find them on the official site.
Trust
It refuses rather than guesses. No dollar amounts, no claim status, and no personal details. Six checks run in code before any answer is shown, and in testing, it never invented a payment.
What if
Imagine if every government website could listen. People get help in their own words, in their own language, at any hour. Agencies guide people to the right official page, without holding anyone's data. And the same pattern could serve health, housing and disability services.
Close
Payment Finder. Every answer ends on the official page.
